Integrations
Open Settings → Integrations to manage the two parts of the UniFi Access connection:
- a Runner is the program running on your network
- a UniFi Access connector stores the controller address, API token, site and presence reset time
The Runner must be online and assigned to the connector before events can sync.
Check the connection
Runner cards show whether each Runner is online, stale, offline or still waiting to be paired. Connector cards show their assigned site and whether they are active.
If a Runner is online but nothing is syncing, check that:
- the Runner has a connector assigned
- the Runner and connector belong to the same site
- the connector is active
- the controller address works from the Runner machine
- the UniFi API token is still valid
Follow Troubleshooting when a status or error needs more investigation.
Add or change a Runner
Select Add runner to generate the Windows download or Linux command for the current Musterly environment. See Runner installation before choosing the host.
Edit a Runner to change its name, site or assigned connector.
Add or change a connector
Select Add connector, then choose UniFi Access. See Connect UniFi Access for the required controller URL and API token.
Edit the connector to change its name, address, API token, daily presence reset or site. If a Runner is assigned, unassign it before moving the connector to another site.
After changes
Return to the Setup Centre during first-time setup. For an existing workspace, check Who’s In and Doors after the next sync.
