Using MusterlyAttendance

Attendance

Attendance turns door events into daily summaries. Use it to review patterns, not as a payroll or timekeeping system.

Set the view

At the top of the page:

  1. Choose 7, 14 or 30 days, or enter a custom date range.
  2. Choose one site or All sites.
  3. Select Refresh if you need to reload the figures.

The page shows:

  • Unique people — the number of different people seen in the period
  • Avg per day — average daily headcount
  • Busiest day — the day with the highest headcount
  • Days tracked — the number of calendar days in the report

People summary

The people table shows days attended, total recorded time and average time per attended day. Select a person to open their details and, if your role allows it, see their attendance and door history.

Daily breakdown

Open a date to see the people recorded that day, their first entry, last exit and calculated time on site.

These times depend on complete and correctly classified door events. A missed badge-out, an offline connection or a wrongly classified door can make a day look longer or shorter than it was.

No data in the selected range

Try Show last 30 days first. If you still expect records:

  1. Check the site filter.
  2. Check whether the person is ignored in People.
  3. Check the relevant doors are not set to Ignored.
  4. Ask an administrator to check Settings → Integrations.
