Who’s In

Who’s In shows the people currently recorded on site. The page refreshes automatically, and you can select Refresh when you want to check immediately.

Choose the right site

Use the site selector at the top of the page.

• Choose a site to see presence at that location.
• Choose All sites to see everyone at sites you are allowed to view.

When All sites is selected, each person is shown with their site.

Read the page

The figures at the top show the current count and active safety cover. People are then grouped by safety role and department.

Select a person to open their details. Depending on your role, you may be able to see recent door events, attendance history and their Musterly settings.

Safety roles

Safety roles are labels such as Fire Warden or First Aider. A role appears as active when someone with that role is currently in.

Workspace administrators manage these in People → Safety Roles.

When nobody is shown

After setup has been confirmed, No one is in right now means Musterly has no current presence records for the selected site.

If setup is incomplete or the connection needs attention, the page tells you that instead. An administrator should open the Setup Centre or Settings → Integrations before treating an empty list as an empty building.
