Setup window and trial

30-day setup window

A new workspace has up to 30 days to connect UniFi Access. You can use that time to arrange server access, involve IT and prepare the connector without using up the 14-day product trial.

14-day product trial

The trial starts at the earlier of:

• the first successful UniFi sync
• the end of the 30-day setup window

What the product displays

Before the trial begins, Musterly shows setup days remaining. After it begins, the banner shows trial days remaining.

Disconnecting or reconnecting the Runner does not restart the trial.

At trial expiry

Choose a subscription before the end date to keep access without interruption. A member with billing permission can manage plans and add-ons under Settings → Billing.
