Run a roll call
A roll call starts with a snapshot of the people currently shown in Who’s In. The list does not grow while the roll call is open, so you always know who was in scope when it began.
Start
- Open Roll Call.
- Choose a site, or choose All sites if the incident covers the whole workspace.
- Select Start Roll Call.
If somebody badges in after you start, end the current roll call and start a new one to include them.
Account for people
Select a person in Still missing when you have accounted for them. They move to Checked off. Select them again if you made a mistake.
You do not have to wait until everyone is checked off before ending the roll call. The saved result records both the people accounted for and those still missing.
End
Select End Roll Call when the check is complete. Musterly saves the result and shows a summary.
If your connection drops as you finish, the result stays in the browser and Musterly retries when the device is online again. Keep the page open until the pending result has synced.
Rejoin an active roll call
If the page finds an active roll call you can access, it opens that session instead of creating a duplicate. This lets another authorised user or a shared device start the roll call and an administrator continue it.
Review earlier results
The History section shows active and completed roll calls. Open a result to see:
- the site and start time
- when it ended
- who was checked off
- who was still missing
Do not treat the list as a headcount
The starting list is based on access events, not a physical headcount. Use it to organise the check, but follow your site’s emergency procedure if someone is absent from the list or cannot be found.
