Using Musterly

Once setup is complete, most people only need a few parts of Musterly.

  • Overview gives you a quick check on occupancy, safety cover and the connection.
  • Who’s In shows who Musterly currently believes is on site.
  • Roll Call takes a fixed list of those people so you can account for them during an incident.
  • Attendance shows patterns over a date range.
  • People is where you tidy names, departments and safety roles.
  • Doors is where an administrator decides which door events affect occupancy.

What you can see depends on your role and the sites you have access to. If a page is missing from the menu, ask a workspace administrator to check your role.

Before relying on the live count

Read how presence works, especially if people use internal doors, tailgate, or do not always badge out. Musterly reports the access events it receives; it cannot see someone pass through a door without using their credential.
