Operations overview

Overview brings the main operational checks onto one page. It does not replace the detailed pages; use it to spot what needs attention and then follow the link to investigate.

Set the scope

Choose a site at the top of the page, or choose All sites. The page only includes sites you are allowed to view.

Select Refresh when you need a new reading. The update time at the top tells you when the figures were last loaded.

What appears

The sections depend on your role. They can include:

  • who is in now and recent arrivals
  • headcount by department
  • active safety roles
  • Runner status and recent door activity
  • attendance for the last seven days
  • shortcuts to Roll Call, Who’s In, Attendance and Settings

Needs attention now calls out problems such as an offline Runner, doors that still need checking or people on site when a roll call may be useful.

During setup

Before the connection is ready, Overview shows setup progress and links to the next step. An empty live panel during this period does not mean the building is empty.

After setup is confirmed, an empty panel can report that nobody is currently recorded on site.
