Activation and setup

• New workspaces can open Musterly before installing a Runner.
• The Setup Centre now tracks Runner, UniFi Access connection, initial sync and live-event validation separately.
• Workspace owners can choose self-setup, send setup to IT or explore first.
• Empty states distinguish configuration, connectivity, initial-sync and genuinely empty operational states.
• Runner diagnostics now report sanitised sync status and actionable failure information.
